"This critique is addressed solely for the Urology department. I made an appointment with urology for 11:00 am Friday Oct.17, 25 then discovered a scheduling conflict and called to make a change, leaving a voicemail message. That call was never returned which is not unusual for that department. I have an audiology appointment on Oct. 30 and am trying to coordinate it with a urology appointment. Ideally ..."
