"Stay away from their Urology department. The Chief of Urology and the only other Urologist are the absolute worst. They treat patients in the procedure room like a piece of meat. No gowns, no drapes, no respect for privacy or dignity, they violate VA Patients Rights, except for the doctor you will never know the other people in the room or why they are there and they leave the room door open before ..."

"Services have declined sense Covid set in. Their Urology department is horrible. The office staff makes a lot of mistakes. They deny gowns for procedures, so you better not mind laying around naked until they are all done. My Anistasia was spilled and ineffective, but they continued anyway in spite of my obvious distress. They left me in bad condition after the procedure without a care about me at ..."

"They should tear down the part that was built after world War 2 and learn how to vett doctors and nurses and the administration staff. That would be a start in the right direction. They have to many unqualified and incompetent personnel. "
