"Dr. Carlos Arce replaced C-4,5,6 and has been complemented all over. I am at U.S.F. currently but moving back home to Jax. and look forward to seeing him again since Titainium implants were done at U.S.F. and I have an incredible team here at Tampa General Hospital. Was at U.F. Gainesville and also U.F. Jacksonville"
