"As a nurse, I have a different perspective on how health professionals perform and how they should treat their patients. I went to the ED recently, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the nurses and technicians who cared for me. They were professional, caring, and provided me with clear answers. I would highly recommend UnityPoint Emergency Department."

"If I could score 0 I would. Nobody listens to you. They order tests for things that have no reasonable explanation. Again, they ignore what you say because all I can think of is they're driving costs up for you so they can make money."
