"best to avoid this hospital if you can. I was there for a long time and the staff is hit and miss. One in five care. They are short staffed and stressed. And after the poor care, you have the most messed up billing dept you will ever deal with. They had a large credit due me for multiple overpayment to the Physicians. But NEVER informed me or applied it to any of my accts..Instead sending balances ..."

"I do everything I can to avoid Union Hospital. Been taking everything i can to Fransiscans in indy. Union has the most inept billing department you will ever deal with.Billing for svcs that are submitted to my insurance and pending. Collected overpayments on their physicians and not ever telling me i had a huge credit. they are rude when you call them every time. and the hospital staff has some of ..."

"Less than happy with Dr. Singhsun, Illiana Internal Medicine: Brusque, kept me waiting, defensive when asked why, took over a week to get my routine lab results results explained and only then because I called her NURSE twice for help. She was “out of the office”"
