"I remember HCA Osceola Urology Associates doctor Richard Ian Silver when he was up in New York several years ago. He was arrested for assaulting his ex wife and for grabbing onto the testicles of another man during an altercation on the same day. They let him plead it down to attempted assault. What a joke. Silver should have served jail time. Silver is now at these HCA Osceola Urology Associates ..."
