"My mother in law was at this facility. She is a fall risk and has mild dementia. The staff was not helpful at all. We found her lying in the bottom of her bed crying and having a panic attack. She had a fall risk bracelet on her wrist. Yet she did not have a call button anywhere in reach. It was actually wrapped around a bar behind her bed. We were very disappointed with her care."
