"I was in your ER twice last week with my heart giving me a problem but I was told my Humana insurance was no good there and I wasn't a priority. I was treated in that hospital 15 years ago for Atrial phiberlation but now you won't even speak with me. The cartiologist was DR Patterson. I don't have thousands of dollars to pay as I'm on social security. What can I do please tell me"
