"General incompetency and lack of attention to patients. The nurses station in ICU either had the audible alarm switched off or were simply ignoring my elderly sister's sudden doubling of her heart rate due to Afib. One attentive nurse walking by the station noticed the anomaly and immediately came to the room to address the situation. She was the only nurse who impressed me. Once moved out of ICU ..."
