"The facility is beautiful and clean the end. Bay Care has developed a formula to run a hospital that benefits them. You have to be a patient to experience it. The patient to caregiver ratio is terrible. If you call for help to use the restroom or get drinking water or are in pain, you wait Because a care giver has too many patients. The Dr.will test and speculate, but if they can't diagnose they will ..."
