"The first person you interact with is always the most important, and thankfully Soin employs "Hannah" I hope I spelled her name correctly. I was in 6-19-23, so completely terrified as to what may be the problem and she was right there with me ( I was at the ER ) her kindness, patience and calming sense meant everything to me. I had a horrible experience with surgery (not at Soin) three years earlier ..."
