"Horrible doctors and nurses! The doctors are incompetent, rude and couldn't care less about their patients. The nurses are equally as bad, with a few being outright liars. Oh, and forget about contacting patient experience as they act more like union reps for these medical embarassments. You might as well forget about discussing your concerns with upper management as well, as they're completely fine ..."
