"I have had a completely terrible experience dealing with Rex Hospital. I had two shock wave lithotripsy procedures cancelled in the past week. One because their machine broke and I was not notified until I showed up for the procedure. For the next procedure, I was contacted less than 48 hours before the procedure to inform me I had to do certain things more than 48 hours before the procedure, and ..."
