"I accompanied my girlfriend for her outpatient surgery, and overall, the team was kind and attentive, especially during prep and recovery. However, I must flag a deeply concerning interaction with one employee, Jennifer. She had a bully-like personality, was very rude, and tried to discharge my girlfriend before she could confirm she was able to safely empty her bladder after her hysterectomy. Even ..."
