"Had a simple procedure and things went very wrong. I cannot find out how I left the operating room with a severe urethra puncture that took over 13 weeks to heal and had two severe scratches on my backside. "One day after my birthday, I was admitted to this hospital for Pneumonia. After several tests, they also determined that I had blood clots in my legs, lungs and heart. They also discovered that I had heart abnormalities and treated me accordingly. I am a 56 y/o man who has never had anything like these issues before.
