"Was denied basic care , clean bedding, bandage changes , certain medications the Dr. recommended. Was given unessasry surgery for diabetic feet both feet . After surgery decided to inform us for the first time the heart was deteriorating at a rapid pace. Zero concern about the excruciating pain or no medications for pain at all ,which put enormous strain on the heart. She died in Hospice. Don't send ..."
