"If you have a loved one in this hospital, make sure to have someone close by who can visit. I found this locations and the Oak Ridge location to be less than truthful in the care of our parent who wet lost."

"I had a very attentive nurse and the facility was clean. However, it bothered me that there were no nurses scanning my wristband when administering medication. They only told me which medications they were giving me. I didn't see any cameras positioned on the ceiling or anywhere which I didn't think much of until I saw a nurse, wearing a white sleeveless puffer vest stuff meds into her inner pocket. ..."
