"I had to wait almost two hours past my appointment time to even see a doctor and that's just beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I made an appointment for a reason. I waited over half an hour in the waiting room before even being brought to a room. I was asked a few questions and told the doctor would be in shortly. Over an hour is not shortly. I've seen their computers. There are a ton of patients ..."
