"Urologist Richard Ian Silver is a clown. I remember when he was up here in New York he got arrested for assaulting his ex wife, he drew a second criminal charge on that same day for grabbing onto the testicles of another man during an altercation. He would plead these assault charges down to a single count of attempted assault. What a joke, he should have served jail time. He now is at these HCA ..."
