"2nd visit, 2nd most horrible experience at a hospital. They do not know how to treat human beings with humanity and dignity. They are clearly understaffed (they said so themselves, nurses especially and only 1 doctor), most of them had bad manners with my mother and I, horrible patient communication (4 hours later they still couldn't figure out my mother speaks only Spanish), and did not care at ..."

"Observation room. I hope to never stay there again. Never checked dressing. Never looked at foley or emptied it. Never introduced themselves. Gave me pain med and antibiotics and that was it. Gave no water or ice. Do not ask for pain meds during shift change because you will not get it. I thought the staff was lazy."
