"At the lab, it’s currently packed with hour+ wait to simply drop off a sample. They probably wouldn’t have this many people if they had a proper drop off system instead of making you get a ticket and wait to drop of samples, which can be Urine, fecal etc. No one wants to sit with a warning bag of urine or feces .. make it make sense? Very rude receptionist but they are civilians what do you expect ..."
