"they ( Nash Day Hospital ) canceled my grandmothers pre scheduled cataract surgery with no reasoning at all and were very ugly to her. This place really needs some work done. Customer service is awful there. Shannon Heston DON RN is down right mean. Karen Hunter RN gave me completely wrong information"
