"Arrived with excruciatingly painful dislocated shoulder. Left in waiting rooms 7 hours before treatment. First nurse contact rude and useless. Secondary nurses empathetic, but powerless. Actual ER nurse amazing. Doc was good once he finally got to me. Was doing a lot of visiting while I laid in terrible agony. No triage based on pain. First come first served. "
