"My grandfather had a fall and was taken into the ER yesterday morning with a head injury, and this matter was not taken as serious as he waited in the lobby over 20min to be triaged then another 10min before allowed into the bedding area for service. Upon getting into the bedding area he was seen by the night physician who ordered different tests to be completed but afterwards no communication transpired ..."
