"Two year child with large laceration above eye taken to Emergency room and plastic surgeon on call refuses to come in and treat child. He bullies young parents and tells them insurance will not pay and REFUSES to come in. This doctor and this hospital that hires him is negligent. Stay away! Patient beware!"
