"transfered from buffalo VA. ICU AND 2ND FLOOR have been wonderful. Nurses and aides very attentive and extremely accommondating to the patients and family. Dr visits were daily and very informative. Always asking any questions. I wasn,t informed of room change, which might cause concern with a dementia patient.in all fairness they might have been waiting for a better time.
