"I’ve been trying to reach his office forever to speak to him in regards to amending a death certificate since he is the doctor on signature on my late veterans death certificate. He is locked down and his people keep taking messages and no return call! He was a Covid patient in 2020. I did give up after a yr of trying to track this doctor down"
