"My daughter was in a bad car accident. The care she received from this ER was excellent. But trying to get information as her mother was scary. I received a voicemail early morning of the accident that my daughter was in their trauma unit. When I tried to call back, the phone just kept ringing. I had no idea what had happened to my daughter. I tried calling the ER to find out what emergency response ..."
