"The worst ER VISIT THE NURSING Supervisor Nicole would not assist me to get to the restroom, then when I asked her for crutches, she watched me struggle and rolled her eyes. Then when I finally got to the restroom she left me there by myself, I could have fallen. When I got back to the room they let me know that my foot was fractured.
