"lew to lakewood ranch for the holidays, had pain off the plane came here this facility made me miss my entire trip and dragged me on for days never giving me the testing as the catheter caused a huge hematoma. they lied over n over. it was a horror the nurses were mean nasty and dont do theor jobs they left the call button on and we heard them talking about us and all the patients. i had to sign out ..."
