"The only time your loved one will receive decent care here is if they're in the ICU. While my dad was in the ICU I was able to speak face to face with the doctors and they were responsive. The level of care went down several notches when my dad was out of the ICU. He was not turned every two hours as he should have been. This caused a bed sore on his behind to become infected.
