"I am spouse of Patient PHUNG VO She has been transfered fron Orange Coast Hops for respiratory Problem on Jan 1,26 for long term care. Since then. She has been recoverd and in good health condition and Dr Nguyen who treats her said thay she wil;l be discharged and transfer back to Mission Palm for Physical Therapy. Up to now , almost 2 weeks she did not be discharged. So I un behalf of her request ..."
