"My wife was talked into a Ross Procedure by Dr. John W Brown and Dr. Jeremy L Herrmann. Dr. Brown had a scheduled appointment for her for which we drove over two hours. He was not there. He called her while we were in is office without her records. He was in an airport. He spoke for minutes at most, not discussing the risks. He said she was a perfect candidate. He had never met her in his life. ..."
