"I have never used social media to critique anybody or any organization; however I feel my experience at Holy Cross Hospital warranted this. I came to the hospital via the ER & was put in an overflow area. After I heard the nurse intercom nurses in another area and say, “I’m gonna come hang with you guys” I was left alone for an hour. I desperately needed my next dose of pain medicine & to use the ..."
