"HORRIBLE!! After going to the ER and being gaslighted by the dr. on why I was there, I relaized the paperwork was incorrect! If they couldn't even get the dates and reason correct for why I was there how the heck are they supposed to treat me properly??! It has been 6 months that I've waited for my "amended" paperwork only for me to get the same exact paperwork back! Not corrected! But bet your bottom ..."
