"I had a cardiac procedure there and had questions about my care. I could not get anyone to answer my questions or get my appt earlier. I cannot get anyone on the phone to verify my appointment for tomorrow! This is the worst communication service I have ever had! The dr was excellent but the office is horrible. I cannot get ahold of people when I need to do so!"

"I went to Grandview for a surgical procedure. All staff were exceptional in their care, everything went smooth and streamlined. They even sent me directions to the hospital and gave me verbal directions as far as where to park and enter the the outpatient surgery. Nicole in the pre op outpatient surgical area was outstanding- friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and kind."

"Although my visit was an unexpected emergency room visit that resulted in a two night stay , my experience was a good one . All the personnel was courteous and went over and beyond what was expected . Each person entering my room promptly identified theirselves and their purpose . As for the angioplasty procedure , I was treated with respect and courtesy much different that my last visit to Brookwood ..."

"I had a very good experience at Grandview. Everyone took such good care of me. They were so concerned about me and my health. All the nurses were very kind, considerate & none of them were rude to me. The room was clean & had been cleaned while I was there. My Dr. had great concern about me as well. I recommend this hospital to everyone. They also took great care of my in-laws."

"I would not recommend this hospital, was not a clean. The housekeepers just went over the floor with a sweeper type mop and then it was hit and miss. My bathroom had sewage backup and no one cleaned the floor with any type of disinfectant, blood was in the floor not mopped. The night nurses and staff very rude. Was I. Pain over 5 hours and chills I was told to turn up my thermostat and I wouldn’t ..."
