"I drove 60 miles one way to see a doctor today at the clinic for a mass in my lung. Due to bumper-to-bumper traffic on 35 from North Branch to Stacy, I was 18 minutes late for my appointment. I left my house with enough time to arrive 15 minutes early. They would not let me see the doctor.
