"From an administrative viewpoint, the patient registration area continues to be a cumbersome bottleneck within the hospital. A blood test that must be done at the hospital prior to surgery requires an appointment in the lab and general patient registration. MyChart needs to be fixed to prevent duplications of paperwork in the doctor's office and the hospital. This is a very weak area for Englewood ..."
