"Date of visit 12-26-23. ER was under considerable stress with one unruly patient so the staff did well under the circumstances. Nurse Dave was outstanding. Dr Richard Hilliard was overbearing, insulting, and unfamiliar with the information I gave to Dave. He was rude and accusatory. He is an embarrassment to your hospital and your staff. You need to take these complaints seriously; I've heard ..."
