"Had an appointment for mammogram at 2pm. I arrived at 130pm. Noticed they were called patients back that checked in after me but waited patiently. It's 315pm and still I hasn't been seen. I dress and asked for a a manager no one on duty. The attendant stated she could see me after two other patients. There were several employees standing around talking and not being concerned about the long wait ..."
