"Help. My significant other is in prison. She can't leave. They lock the door from the outside at night. She has been there over 24hrs and has not seen a doctor. They try and drug her up at night. The staff is condescending and lack any resemblance of empathy. Who do I call. Local news agencies? NC medical board?"
