"Waiting time in emergency room is well over two hours on a good day and then they wheel you into another room for ?? BP and fluids another 1.5hrs. Hada heart operation at this facility that went poorly. Many doctors leaving due to procedures and cost cutting. Billing from any Cleveland Clinic facility is now considered an outpatient visit. Therefore if you are in a HMO or PPO you have to pay your ..."
