"This survey is intended to make people aware of the rudeness extended in the ER department. My mother was taken there and was receiving multiple tests, thinking she was having carotid artery issues. When I got there, I was accused of something I had not done. It was the people before me. They were going in to see her through different doors! Literally being reprimanded!
