"On June 30, 2024 I sustained broken bones due to a fall. I was seen in the ER by Jennifer Nelson. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Her diagnosis proved to be unreliable after a follow up visit with an orthopedic doctor. She came is chewing candy or her lunch will she flippantly gave me an inaccurate diagnosis."
