"Dr. Stanley and Dr. Bursee were excellent; informative and very respectful to us while my husband was in the ER before being admitted into hospital. We appreciate everything they did to find out what was wrong with my husband. Also thanks to the nurses in the ER for being so kind. They were very busy but; on top of everything. People were coming in left and right but; they had patience and concern. ..."

"I would not even give this hospital one star if allowed. My son was brought here and then sent to Roanoke after they could not treat him. I have never met a staff ruder and inepter in my life. Gone are the days of bedside manner and compassion. I believe if you have a choice at the time of treatment, do not choose this hospital. Go the extra miles to Roanoke or anywhere but here.
