"The new systems and processes implemented at capital health are not done in an effective manner. As a regular patient of this hospital, I have spent much of my time at this facility and see what the pain points are. It’s become aware through these new processes that the patients’ time and well being are not considered. A 30min procedure should never take 5 hrs to complete. I’m giving 2 stars though, ..."
