"I went to the ER and was treated for a broken foot. Two days later I came back because my foot was swollen and one of my toes was turning black. An hour after I arrived, I was called into a room where I told them what the problem was and was assured that as soon as a treatment room was cleaned and ready I would be helped. "The staff is so rude, especially the heavyset girl that is supposed to be in Human Resources. Talks condescending to people everyday with no medical experience. The RN's inattentive and rude also, as the E.R. Avoid this place, and go to Banner in Tucson or Copper Queen in Bisbee."

"I went to the ER via ambulance for syncope and hypotension. I was there for 4 hours. I had a chest CT and blood drawn. I was sitting in the open area and not one person that walked by me spoke to me for 3/12hr. i was never given an ID band. A man stopped and talked with me and told me I would be discharged.
