"Last week my daughter had a mental health crisis and tried to take her own life. After spending 8 hours in the emergency room she was sent to Canyon Ridge as they are a Kaiser hospital. I started reading the reviews and was extremely concerned about the care that my daughter would get as the hospital had many complaints and just a 1 1/2 star rating. As it turned out my daughter received amazing care. ..."

"If you have a loved one who needs care and treatment, then do not choose Canyon Ridge Hospital. Our daughter was admitted involuntarily to this facility and the treatment she received there was shocking. As stated in other reviews it is almost impossible to reach anyone to discuss anything and the phone rings out constantly with no answer. Similarly, the case worker assigned to our daughter was disinterested ..."
