"Following an MRI, I was sent to St Francis Downtown for a surgical debridement of a diabetic type ulcer on my foot. Dr Montano, instead, wanted me to agree to a Below the Knee Amputation (BKA). My response was essentially, "Over my dead body!" So, if you're in the mood to lose a few body parts, come on in. However, their oatmeal is very good."

"Been in hospital 16 days, not one time had her room been cleaned.They don’t do much for the patient, if family members are there. Don’t act like they know what they’re doing. Nervous to leave our loved one alone due to the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Most are very friendly just not attentive enough at all!! Takes forever for them to come in the room even after we ask for assistance! Very ..."
