"My experience was excellent. Came in for a cyst excision on my elbow. Arriving I thought I was going into a very upscale hotel. Everyone I dealt with from security, registration to the prep area was very friendly and conducted themselves in a very relaxing manner which likewise helped me to relax. "I went in for an ultrasound of my leg. I treated by the technician in a wonderful manner and would recommend going back again if I needed more help. The technician's name was Honey, a very befitting name for a wonderful and caring person. Also, the technician was right on time for my test."

"If you need any documentation, be sure to avoid Dr Vargas as she seems to have only a basic grasp of the Language and will write a ridiculously inaccurate ER repost. Not only did she substitute close for clothes numerous times but nothing that she wrote made any sense whatsoever. "Of all the hospitals in the area (Delray and JFK) which I have been in recently, this facility is TOPS! Very caring and attentive staff. It has a smaller emergency room and beds, but it works. Parking is much better too."

"ER visit for my son last evening. Denied proper care. They refused to send in an attending to see my son. Sent a physicians assistant instead. Refused to do a CAT scan and bloodwork. They did only an x ray. He was bent over screaming in pain. Unable to move his bowels for 3 days. Had us waiting there from 2 pm until 8 pm with only an enema and rectal exam. Extreme disappointment.
